Training

Reliability Training services is one of the 4 focus areas of ReliabilityVision . The aim of the ReliabilityVision training programme is to provide industry professionals with new skills critical to the development, implementation and management of their reliability programmes aiming to increase plant reliability and safety.

After attending one of our training workshops, the student will have the knowledge required to introduce and implement reliability programmes in his or her organisation. The combination of interactive presentations, hands-on exercises and open group discussions along with real case studies, ensures you will obtain maximum value from attending.

The ReliabilityVision programme is designed in such way that individual 3 day training workshops can be combined into a 5 day training workshop as needed by the customer. The following training programmes are available:

Reliability Engineering Foundation

Reliability is important to companies. Reliability is directly linked to revenue, costs and safety of companies. It is therefore important that professionals in companies have a profound understanding of all reliability engineering principles, methodologies, processes and systems.

Root Cause Failure Analysis

Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA), although not the only contributor to improved plant performance, is viewed as a principal contributor to a company’s’ continuous improvement culture.

Risk Based Maintenance

Risk based maintenance is considered one of the main pillars to ensure plant reliability. Without a proper maintenance programme even the best equipment or instrument will fail. Failing equipment will result in production loss, reduced profit and impact safety, on the other hand too much maintenance will impact costs negatively.
